At the Individual level, we’ve created Scout’s Scholarship Foundation – providing educational grants to underserved individuals in Nashville.
At the Local level — We support the Martha O’Bryan Center, who seeks to empower children, youth, and adults in poverty to transform their lives through work, education, employment, and fellowship. We’re joining the fight to benefit the 30 percent of children and teens living in poverty in Nashville to aid the effort to end the cycle of poverty for good.
At the Global level, we support One Tree Planted — A non-profit organization focused on global reforestation. One dollar plants one tree, so every haircut plants a tree, helping to reduce carbon emissions and fight Global Warming.
And for Future Generation, we’ve partnered with the great women at the Red Ants Pants Foundation. They work to foster strength, confidence, and self-reliance in youth girls through learning carpentry skills, wilderness survival, and leadership training.

At Scout’s, we believe when You Look Good, You Feel Good, and in turn, You Do Good! Haircuts for Humans is a charity initiative benefiting local and global charity organizations that we love and find absolutely inspiring! Scout’s gives in the way of haircuts to people in need, as well as direct donations!
We have carefully chosen the following reputable charity organizations that have an impact on 4 levels: Global, Local, Individual and Future Generation. Since its creation in 2016, Haircuts for Humans has raised over $25,000 that has been given back the local Nashville community.
