Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make a haircut service appointment, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least one (1) hour before your scheduled appointment time.
If you are unable to make a color service appointment, we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Following these cancellation protocols allows us to offer appointments to other clients. Failure to cancel or reschedule within these timeframes will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
To cancel, please call the location of your appointment during business hours or cancel online through the booking tool on our website. Messages are not received outside of business hours and will not be honored for the purpose of cancellation.
