A CREW YOU’LL BE PROUD TO JOIN.
WHY WORK AT SCOUT'S
We're Always Hiring Good Talent.
At Scout’s, we’ve built something different: a neighborhood shop where great people can build meaningful careers.
Our chairs stay busy, our guests come back, and our team has the support to focus on what matters most—doing great work. We’re locally owned, independently operated, and committed to creating an environment where stylists and barbers can grow without sacrificing their individuality. If you’re passionate about your craft, care about people, and want to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we’d love to meet you.
